Mrs. Debbie Blair

Mrs. Debbie Blair has been an educator in the Oceanport School District since 2003. She began as a first grade teacher and then moved to second grade in 2012. Mrs. Blair returned to her first grade position in 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Monmouth University.
