Mr. Small has been working in education since 2012. He has been an employee of the Oceanport School District since 2016. Mr. Small has worked as a math teacher in both 6th and 7th grades. He earned his degree in Sociology in 2000 from Rowan University and a teaching degree in 2012 from Georgian Court University.
